My approach is hands-on. I don’t just manage projects from a distance work directly with the tools and systems the team uses. I help implement workflows, automation, and processes while also coordinating teams and keeping projects moving forward. It’s a mix of systems thinking, practical execution, and team leadership, rather than traditional top-down management.
Are you mainly a consultant or do you also do the work?
I’m usually involved in both. I help identify what needs improvement, and I also help set up the workflows or systems so the team can start using them.

Not entirely. While systems and automation can be part of the process, the primary focus is improving how work is organized across the businesssuch as project coordination, workflow structure, team processes, and documentation.
